Best restaurant (food/service) in Boulder/Denver area?

I am trying to figure out where to go for an awesome dinner next month. The quality/flavor/creativity is the food is the most important thing to me. Service is second, but should be good. I've looked at a ton of restaurants' menus, from Q's to Frasca to The Kitchen to The Med, but still want some votes. If someone recommends a restaurant you'd second, please vote for them. The more details about the dishes you ate and why it is the best, the better. Remember, food is king!
