Which is hotter pure cap extract sauce or a scotch bonnet chili?

hi I would like to know which is hotter a scotch bonnet chili or the pure cap extract which is a food additive which rates at 500 000 heat units. I have never tried eithier of them but I would like to know which is hotter.
