I had a dream about someone that ped away...?

In the dream, he came to visit me where i lived, where i last saw him before he ped away. He told me that he loved me and that he missed me. It was like one of those things you hear where the dead come back to tell you how they feel. He's been gone for almost three years now though. We ended up having in the dream and shortly after spending a few days with eachother he tells me that he has to go away again and it makes me cry. After he leaves, i find out that i am pregnant from our encounters with eachother. I couldn't help but get this really strange chilly feeling when i woke up the next morning and even throughout that day i just felt weird, as if i had with a real ghost besides the fact that i missed the guy terribly. I feel as if i really did love him, i mean i was too young to be with him before he died, but i cared about him immensely and hearing him in the dream say the same thing back was amazing. Could it be possible for him to come back after all this time since he had been gone if ghosts really did exist?
