Where can I find sweatpants like these?

I want to buy some solid colored sweatpants except whenever I see sweatpants, they're not like that. I want the kind that are baggy and if possible, made of fleece or velour, but whenever I see sweatpants, they are the kind that flare out like jeans. I don't like sweatpants that flair, I just want them to be baggy and go straight down, kind of like the fit of pajamas. Where can I buy these? And hopefully not too expensive because I can't afford like Juicy Couture or something. Thanks!
