Help from someone whose bipolar?

Bipolar-ism runs in my family and im pretty sure i am. (im 16) one second ill be the happiest person in the world and the next i get so angry at the smallest things. i cant help it,my moods are just crazy ALL the time. and i know im a teenager and everything but its worse than any of my friends. well anyways,idk why but for the past 3 months ive been getting such horribe moods that makes me feel like lifes not worth living. ive NEVER felt like that and suddenly thats whats been happening. what do you guys think? should i go on bipolar medication ?
