What should I eat as a snack?
Today I woke up late so I had 2 weetabix and melon, 2 hours later I had oatmeal and an apple. I didn't feel like eating something with protein because its a bit too much (I have a small appetite) and I was wondering what should I eat as a snack before dinner? Should I just have a small amount of almonds or does anyone have a healthy snack in mind? For dinner, I'm planning of having an omelet with a small bowl of peas and a small bowl of broccoli. I'm not looking to lose weight. I just eat healthy and exercise to tone my body. This may seem too little but I don't feel like eating more than that. I am 15 years old, 5'3 and 116 pounds if that makes a difference.
