Crazy people?

I think a big part of the problem is that there is no deterrence. If you steal a car and race around residential roads at 60mph, putting countless lives at risk, all that happens to you is that you're told not to be a boy and banned from driving for 5 minutes. This is sending people entirely the wrong idea. There needs to be severe consequences for bad behaviour.
