Family approval on expedited wedding?

Even 20 years ago, this question wouldn't have been asked. You are doing a great thing to get married BEFORE your baby comes! You are not being selfish. You are giving your baby the opportunity to be born to married parents! My brother-in-law wasn't and he is to this day embarred about it. Your dad is just thinking that he would like you to have a nice party, but you are doing the right thing.
