In the House series one of them was about a kid who thoguht he was getting abducted by aliens...?

What did that kid really have in the back of his neck? I missed that one part so please help me out, i know it wasn't an alien chip...even thoguh he said it was. The kid had mind problems, and different dna in his heart than every where else cause he's two people in one...
