Textiles homework help?

i don't think you'd be able to put glitter on the fabric, however i'd look for a fabric that has a shimmery quality to it. if you're basing the garment off of the Narnia films, i'd definitely give the dress an 16th or 17th century feel. corseting, a bodice and perhaps even a bustle. using all whites and sheer fabrics would definitely lend it a wintery quality. good luck!
