What do i do??????pleeeaase help?

so theres this guy in the grade above me and i like him so much...we've never actually talked(please dont say u cant like someone if u never talked)..but everyday before F block i see him in the hallway(it could be another time too) and our eyes lock for 2 seconds and its just like BAM...my heart like stops and i feel sooo happy...i wait everyday to see him..and also in C block(L.A) he is always in the library with some sped teacher and he stares at me the whole time..and the teacher even said once "hey pay attention"...and whenever i go over my bff's house over the bus he stares at me and when i look he keeps looking for a second then looks away....what do i do...i really wanna get to know him but idk how...hes sorta friends with my friend...and next year he goes to highschool and i stay at our school..i couldnt take it!!!
