What happened to the good tv shows?

So i was watching nickelodeon the other night and i watched t.u.f.f puppy, icarly, big time rush, and bucket and skinner's epic adventures and i literally fell asleep... today i went on netflix because i wasnt feeling too good and i wanted to watch a movie and i came across Hey, Arnold! and i decided to watch some episodes because when i was little i really liked this show and i watched about half a season. Who else remembers the good old days when there were GOOD kid tv shows like Angry Beavers, Drake and Josh, Rugrats, Ned's Declified School Survival Guide, Doug, Rocket Power, and all of the slime!!! god i miss that... and Disney Channel was NEVER good... well i like phineas and ferb... and so since i liked Hey, Arnold so much i decided to show my little 5 year old brother who really likes that stupid penguins of madagasgar show and he absoloutly LOVES Hey, Arnold... i feel bad for him... not growing up with good tv shows... its just sad... so why arent there any good shows anymore? did all of the creative people die in a car crash or something? and is there any hope for a good tv show in the future?
