Anyone else annoyed with Americans slagging off the NHS?

In politics it is not unusual to cite foreign countries as examples (pro or con). The beauty of this is that the electorate doesn't have a clue and you can paint it however you want. Out of 300 million Americans their will be quite a few who would love to have the security of basic health care, specially if they were told that the per capita health care cost is half as much in the UK is as in the USA.
